Refund policy

 At New Amsterdam Coffee Purveyors, we strive to provide our customers with the finest coffee products. Due to the perishable nature of our goods, all coffee purchases are non-returnable. However, we do offer refunds and exchanges under certain conditions:

  1. Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange.
  2. Damaged in Shipping: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us for a refund or exchange.

Reporting an Issue:

  • All issues must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order.
